I bet you guys are wondering when I'm gonna run out of fancharacters to upload.

The answer: NEVER.

Here's kind of an interesting minor character. Her name is Miranda Rice and she's a gossip reporter for a magazine called Virgo. The catch? She only ever writes about villains; what they're wearing, what they're stealing, and most importantly, who they're sleeping with. Yes, Miranda Rice loves to write about villain relationships, especially the unconventional ones that no one would ever think would happen, i.e. Freeze and Firefly. She often knows or at least guesses these relationship eons ahead of everyone else, and she's usually right, but no one pays attention because they all think she's insane.
